Family Nurse Practitioner

Education/Experience:

· New York State License to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner

· 1 to 3 years health care experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner

· Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)

· Familiarity with diverse patient populations
