We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing, web3-focused fintech platform is seeking a Brand Marketing Designer to join its Go-To-Market (GTM) team in New York City. The client provides a seamless, social-first trading app designed to give users instant access to on-chain assets, top trader insights, and real-time portfolio tracking without complex external wallet setups or bridges.

Sitting at the intersection of design and growth, the Brand Marketing Designer will collaborate closely with the GTM and Product teams to craft high-converting content, including feature launches, social media campaigns, and brand initiatives.

This position is responsible for stewarding, expanding, and refining the visual identity of the brand to ensure every customer touchpoint is intentional, cohesive, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand System Evolution: Develop, refine, and document the visual brand system, including typography, color palettes, illustration guidelines, and broader brand identity assets.
• Campaign & Growth Design: Partner with the GTM and growth teams to design engaging, high-performing social media campaigns, feature announcements, and promotional assets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Product Design to build cohesive, delightful brand experiences across all web, mobile, and product surfaces.
• Merchandise & Creative Projects: Conceptualize and design custom merchandise, offline collateral, and creative branding concepts.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional brand or graphic design experience, ideally within a consumer app, creative agency, or culture-forward brand.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, systematic visual thinking, and executional range across various digital media formats.
• Technical Adaptability: Comfort with experimenting with new design tools, modern workflows, and creative techniques.
• Motion & 3D Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is highly preferred.
• Industry Familiarity (Preferred): Personal experience with crypto trading or decentralized finance (DeFi) is a strong plus.
