Graphic Designer / Print Production

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can handle graphic design, print production, day-to-day order management in a fast-paced print and sign shop.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify customer artwork for print
• Prepare customer files for production and ensure artwork is print-ready
• Design business cards, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, signs, decals, and other marketing materials
• Operate and assist with digital printing and finishing equipment
• Handle cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, binding, and other production tasks
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Take customer orders and gather all necessary specifications
• Prepare estimates and quotes
• Send proofs and communicate revisions with customers
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, approvals, and completed orders
• Keep jobs organized and moving through production
• Check finished products for quality and accuracy
• Help maintain an organized and clean production environment
• Work closely with the sales, design, production, and installation teams

Software Experience

Experience with any of the following is preferred:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat
• Microsoft Office

Starting Pay $21 Hour.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
