About the Role

We're hiring a Second Shift Operations Manager to lead the evening cleaning operation at one of downtown Atlanta's most visited attractions. You own the shift: the crew, the standards, and the handoff to the next shift. Guests notice everything, so the details matter every night.

This is a salaried, on-site leadership role. The shift runs afternoons into late evening, with events and some weekends as needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead a large evening cleaning crew and their shift leads with purpose and positivity.
• Run staffing, call-outs, and coverage so every area is covered before the shift starts.
• Walk and inspect your areas every night, coach to the standard, and close out issues the same day.
• Respond fast to spills, guest-area needs, and event changeovers.
• Oversee floor care and equipment, including auto scrubbers.
• Keep a clean handoff with the account manager and the first and third shifts.
• Use simple mobile tools for inspections, schedules, and timekeeping.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years managing a janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or EVS team, ideally on evening or night shifts.
• Experience running a crew of 20 or more.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example style and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Comfort with mobile apps and digital scheduling.
