Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services
• Document treatments and progress accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy staff
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: $38.00 - $65.00 per hour
