The Operations Manager will have authority and responsibility across the company’s operating areas: trucking, product sourcing, plant operations, and service and onsite technicians. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers an experienced operations leader broad scope across the functions that deliver the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Direct trucking operations.
• Oversee product sourcing.
• Lead plant operations.
• Oversee service and onsite technicians.
• Maintain close working relationships with Wright Brothers Global Gas, LLC (GlobalGasSupply.com) and Vendor Manage Gas, LLC (VMG.us.com).

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple operating functions, with responsibility for teams and day-to-day execution.
• Relevant experience in trucking, product sourcing, plant operations, or technical service operations.
• Experience overseeing service or onsite technicians.
• Ability to coordinate priorities across operating areas and communicate clearly with executive leadership.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
