Landscape Account Manager

Overview

As a Landscape Account Manager, you’ll coordinate landscape maintenance and landscaping services while guiding crews and building strong client relationships. You’ll plan outdoor work, monitor service quality, and help teams deliver well-maintained, welcoming properties. This hands-on role combines leadership, horticulture knowledge, and practical experience with landscaping and construction.

Duties

• Manage client accounts, service schedules, and communication; address requests and resolve service concerns.
• Lead team management and crew management, including assigning work, supervising performance, and supporting safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee lawn care, grounds maintenance, gardening, tree care, and irrigation management, including irrigation system upkeep.
• Coordinate hardscape construction projects and other maintenance work; inspect completed work and equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle and landscaping equipment as needed.

Experience

• Required: Supervising experience, leadership, and experience coordinating teams or crews.
• Required: Outdoor work experience and familiarity with landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and landscaping equipment operation.
• Preferred: Plant identification, horticulture, lawn care, gardening, tree care, and irrigation experience.
• Preferred: Construction experience, hardscaping construction projects, hardscape work, and company vehicle operation.
• Ability to organize multiple service needs, communicate clearly with clients and crews, and work outdoors in changing conditions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
