Marketing Specialist, Pre-Production (TN)

The objective of the Marketing Specialist, Pre-Production is to support the day-to-day property marketing operations by creating materials used for proposals and marketing packages to digital marketing for clients. You are able to execute on multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and apply your fun, positive, and hard-working attitude to your professional endeavors.

This role will allow for ongoing creativity with other departments to create the best Marketing Services for our clients.

In-office position in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Create components for marketing packages
• Create logos and graphics for marketing material
• Map creation for various types of maps
• Work with 3rd party vendors to manage photo orders
• Editing photos with Photoshop
• Edit and correct text as it appears in Marketing packages to ensure correct grammar and syntax throughout
• Conduct area research to generate write-ups
• Manage queue of requests that will go into marketing packages
• Collect and arrange all information for entire marketing packages
• Track multiple Marketing packages at any given time and maintain critical deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or within collaborative teams
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a Commercial Real Estate firm preferred
• Ability to be a strategic partner by recommending best practices to clients
