Operations Manager

Duties

• Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain breakfast and houskeeping operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or as an Assistant Manager in a hotel setting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
