Construction Accounting Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Accounting Manager with in-depth experience in the home building industry. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate billing, job costing, and compliance with vendor, purchaser, lender, and regulatory requirements. Manage all vendors A/P, with construction lien law best practice application.

Responsibilities* Accounts Receivable

• Job costing
• Client billing
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Payroll processing and payroll reporting
• Provide project budgets reporting complete month and year end financial management reporting.
• Maintain vendor files, W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation

Qualifications Required* 4 year accounting degree

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Construction accounting experience with major national and or regional home builder
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong IT interface
• Advanced user shall in QuickBooks accounting
• Ability to work independently

Compensation: A salary range of$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, dependent on skill set, knowledge, and aptitude. Resumes must include detailed employment history. Academic background, and earnings record
