Home Health Physical Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a home health care team, enabling patients to recover at home. The role involves performing assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress .

Key responsibilities include
