RN Supervisor

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Berkeley Township, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team. Our 235-bed facility provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation services to patients from area hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations on assigned units
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care
• Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and coordinate appropriate clinical interventions
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and nursing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN license required
• Valid CPR certification
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
