- Help improve workflows, documentation, checklists, and internal processes
- Collaborate with the broader accounting team on client projects and recurring engagements
- Take on increasing ownership and potential supervisory responsibilities as you grow in the role

- Public accounting experience required
, ideally with exposure to tax and client accounting rather than an audit-only background

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
- Comfortable working directly with clients on a regular basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
- Motivated, proactive, and interested in growing professionally
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new accounting technology
Preferred Qualifications

- QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Exposure to business entity tax preparation
- Experience in a CPA or public accounting firm
- Experience reviewing the work of others or taking on informal leadership responsibilities
- Familiarity with accounting automation or AI-assisted tools is a plus, but
not required
- Interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways to complete recurring accounting work
Why This Opportunity?
This role offers more than traditional accounting work. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, take ownership of accounting processes, and contribute ideas for making workflows more efficient.
For someone looking for their next step in public accounting, there is also
room to grow into greater leadership and supervisory responsibility
as you become established in the role.
If you have a strong accounting foundation, public accounting experience, and enjoy understanding the story behind the numbers, I’d love to connect.
