Product Manager/Platform Manager

Req - 49502 Product Manager/Platform Manager - 12 Months Contract to Full-Time Job - Remote DMV + 11 regions Only (Once or Twice Meeting in Office in Reston, VA) - 2 Interviews (Two Virtual Person and their IDE will be checked regularly)

The client is looking for a Platform Manager (Product Manager/Owner) to own a platform that connects multiple internal products, treating product teams as customers.

This person must have hands-on technical AI platform experience and proven large-scale enterprise portfolio success in the healthcare claims industry, including building, implementing, and launching many AI capabilities - such as chatbots, AI agents, and AI implementations - not just one or two use cases.

The role owns PI planning, roadmaps, backlogs, scope execution, and the full product lifecycle while partnering with product owners, engineering, UX, design, operations, finance, and stakeholders to prioritize requirements and deliver aligned products.

It requires expert Agile/Kanban and Jira experience, plus the ability to use product KPIs, business metrics, market research, go-to-market strategy, release communications, and revenue/pricing drivers to ensure product success.

Mandatory qualifications include deep AI technical knowledge, leadership of large AI initiatives or portfolios, expert project planning/lifecycle and Agile skills,

Either one certification is required Certified Product Manager (CPM)-AIPMM OR

Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM)-AIPMM

KET SKILLS: Platform Management, AI Capabilities, KANBAN, JIRA, CPM or CPMM and Healthcare Claims Industry

NOTE: Someone who is a Platform Manager/Product Owner with hands-on enterprise AI platform experience in healthcare claims who has built and launched large-scale AI capabilities (chatbots/agents) across multiple products, owns PI planning, roadmaps, and backlogs for internal product teams as customers, and brings expert Agile/Kanban/Jira plus a CPM or CPMM (AIPMM) certification.
