  • Develop carrier guides, training materials, and repeatable workflows.
  • Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor sales, conversion, retention, and work quality; provide feedback and accountability.
  • Work with our marketing and technology teams to improve results from agency-generated leads.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Recent experience selling Texas auto insurance to Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Strong understanding of Texas auto underwriting and carrier competitiveness, particularly in the nonstandard market.
  • Ability to train others and build a productive, accountable team.
  • Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently, using technology, and adapting as the department develops.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.

Preferred

Independent-agency experience, familiarity with Progressive and multiple Texas auto carriers, recruiting or training experience, and prior agency management or ownership.

  • Additional commissions and performance bonuses.
  • Remote work from Texas.
  • Direct collaboration with agency ownership.
