  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to supervisors, managers, and employees regarding workplace concerns, performance management, and personnel issues. Help resolve employee concerns while ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
  • HR Administration: Review employment transactions for accuracy, including new-hire paperwork, annual performance reviews, promotions, and transfers.
  • HR Compliance: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance audits and training initiatives to support compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • New Employee Orientation: Coordinate and oversee the orientation process, ensuring required paperwork is completed and new employees receive facility tours and information about company policies and procedures.

  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Collect, analyze, and summarize HR data and trends to support decision-making and recommend effective solutions to workforce challenges.
  • Benefits and HR Support: Assist with benefits administration, staffing activities, employee records, and other HR programs and processes.
  • HR Team Leadership: Supervise the day-to-day activities of HR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Safety and Quality: Promote a safe and healthy workplace by following and reinforcing safety policies and procedures. Support food safety and quality initiatives by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), maintaining sanitary conditions, and promptly reporting conditions that could adversely affect product quality or food safety.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in HR strategy, safety, and continuous improvement teams to support facility and organizational objectives.
  • Professional Development: Maintain current HR knowledge through continuing education, professional publications, networking, and participation in relevant professional organizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
