Pay: $19–$23 per hour

Want to help bring local campaigns to life—and make sure every detail lands? Apple Valley News Now is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creative collaboration, keeps projects moving and takes pride in getting the details right.

We’re the local ABC affiliate serving the Yakima and Tri-Cities market and part of Morgan Murphy Media, a family-owned company rooted in the communities it serves. In this role, you’ll work with our sales team on promotions and campaigns across broadcast, digital and social media. You’ll help turn ideas into presentations, coordinate assets and deadlines, and show clients the results of their campaigns.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate station and client promotions, including contests, from planning through execution.
• Work across departments to keep campaign assets, communications and deadlines on track.
• Partner with account executives to create polished, original client presentations and compelling campaign recaps using airchecks, screenshots and video.
• Support the sales team with order entry for broadcast and digital campaigns, inventory updates in WideOrbit Media Sales, and other essential sales tasks.
• Keep spreadsheets, calendars and reports accurate and up to date; assist with avails, HubSpot and digital order and creative submissions.
• Communicate with clients and teammates professionally and help resolve day-to-day needs.
• Provide administrative support to sales leadership, including backup assistance with political file duties and executive assistance as needed.

What you’ll bring

• Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple requests.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
• The ability to gather information, prepare reports and work independently when needed.
• Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator proficiency is a plus.
