Human Resources Business Partner

Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll work with leaders and employees to connect people strategies with organizational goals. You’ll guide talent, employee relations, and organizational change while helping teams build a fair, effective workplace.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on human capital management, strategic planning, organization design, succession planning, and large-scale change management.
• Support talent acquisition, recruiting, interviewing, HR sourcing, employee orientation, training and development, talent management, and performance management.
• Manage employee relations, conflict management, coaching, employee evaluations, and confidential information handling.
• Apply FMLA, employment and labor law, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance requirements.
• Use HR systems and HRIS tools, including Oracle HCM, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo, for HR analytics, data collection, data analysis, and process improvement.

Experience

• Experience in human resources management, employee relations management, HR compliance, and strategic management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, project management,Contract Management , Contingent Worker Management and strategic thinking skills; able to support change management and resolve sensitive issues.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management and applicable HR compliance practices.
• Familiarity with HR systems and the ability to use data to inform decisions; experience with the listed platforms is useful.
• Able to balance employee needs, business priorities, and consistent, legally compliant practices.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
