Job Overview

Jungo is seeking a CRM Software Developer to develop, customize, and maintain CRM applications and related integrations. The ideal candidate has experience with software development, database management, and building solutions that improve customer management and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRM features and application components.
• Customize CRM workflows, forms, and business processes.
• Build and integrate APIs and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain database structures and queries.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with product, support, and development teams.
• Test new features and maintain code quality.
• Document technical changes and application functionality.

Required Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one back-end programming language.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of software testing, debugging, and version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary: $85,000–$125,000, depending on experience, technical skills, and responsibilities. Benefits and additional compensation should be confirmed by the employer.
