WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Promote high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Support staff development, coaching, and accountability.
• Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CT
• Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• A commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care.
• A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
