Inside Account Executive

As an Inside Account Executive, you’ll build business-to-business (B2B) relationships and grow customer accounts through consultative technology and software sales. You’ll connect with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and guide opportunities from discovery through negotiation and deal closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through warm calling, prospecting, and ongoing account management.
• Manage customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and communicate clearly throughout the sales process.
• Present technology and software solutions, coordinate technical sales discussions, and connect product capabilities to client priorities.
• Lead sales negotiations, address concerns, and close opportunities while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Review pipeline and account activity, collaborate with marketing and sales leadership, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Experience

• Experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management is valuable; technical, technology, or software sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, analysis, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations and opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, other sales management systems, or CRM systems is preferred.
• Enterprise selling or experience in a corporate sales environment is an advantage. Leadership experience is welcome but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
