Job Title : Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation (Supply Chain / HCM / Finance)

Location: Portland, OR

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Employment Type: Contract – W2

Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior IT Project Managers to lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Finance.

The ideal candidates will have 8+ years of enterprise IT project management or technology delivery experience, strong Agile delivery expertise, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), and a proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.

Candidates should have relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain Transformation, HCM/HRIS Transformation, or Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation and planning through implementation and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) hands-on for work item management, project tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, milestones, and risks to leadership.
• Drive technology modernization, process improvements, system integrations, and organizational adoption.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and established timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise IT project management or technology delivery experience.
• Strong experience managing complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, risks, issues, dependencies, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, HCM/HRIS, or Finance transformation.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Location: Portland, Oregon
• Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week
• Pay: $45 per hour on W2
• Contract employment

Pay: $44.00 - $45.00 per hour
