As a Physical Therapist, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Location

Newark, OH, with opportunities to cover Newark and the east side of Columbus.

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients experiencing physical disabilities or limited mobility due to injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment.
• Establish and administer individualized treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities that promote health, safety, and independent living.
• Collaborate with other providers involved in each patient's care to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Complete start-of-care assessments, evaluations, regular visits, resumptions of care, recertifications, and discharges as needed.

Compensation by Visit Type:

• Start of Care: $187.50
• Resumption of Care/Recertification: $131.25
• Functional Assessment/Evaluation: $112.50
• OASIS Discharge: $75.00
• Regular Visit: $75.00
• Non-Productive Time: $30.00

To qualify as a Physical Therapist (PT) with us, you will need:

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient care locations.
• One year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist in a home health or similar setting. Previous home health experience is not required.
