Role – Senior Technical Program Manager – Data & AI

Location – San Jose, CA (2 Days per week onsite)

Duration – 12+ months contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex Data, AI, Analytics, ML, and GenAI programs. The TPM will own end-to-end program delivery and act as the key liaison between client leadership and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, data, ML, AI, product, and client leadership teams.
• Drive delivery of data platforms, analytics, ML, and GenAI solutions.
• Provide executive-level status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and resolve escalations.
• Ensure successful delivery against business objectives and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience with Data, AI/ML, Analytics, or GenAI programs.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, program governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Understanding of cloud/data technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.

Must Have

Technical Program Management + Data/AI program delivery + strong client/executive communication.
