Account Executive (El Paso, Texas) - Salary + Commission

We seek an account executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in the Texas market. The account executive will be proactive and identify growth opportunities for clients before a need or gap has been stated. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis will take our Company confidently into the future.

Responsibilities

This is primarily a field position; thus, travel is required. Travel time and store/site maybe adjusted at the determination of the Company and/or your Manager. Your Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Meet/Exceed Carrier and Company’s Sales and KPI goals
• Manage store Operator/ Network
• Develop, grow, and maintain rapport and ensure satisfaction is measured
• Meet all Carrier and Company Guidelines
• Store/Site visits regularly to perform various essential functions
• Provide accurate, timely, and professionally written, statistical, and verbal reports to the Director of Sales and/or management for historical, current status, and forecasting purposes.
• Any additional duties as directed by the Director of Sales/ Market Leader or the upper management

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Math Skills
• Experience in electronics sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to ensure products are properly displayed
• Ability to manage multiple accounts
• Upselling techniques to increase sales revenue by offering additional products or services
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Excellent orgnization skills

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
