This CONTRACT role will require some in-office work and the candidate needs to live within a 2 hour commuting distance of Salt Lake City, UT.

The duration of the assignment will be approximately one year.

Duties

• The Data Engineer designs and builds scalable data solutions that enable analytics, artificial intelligence, and interoperability initiatives.
• This role is responsible for creating AI-ready datasets, developing and maintaining data pipelines within a SQL Server environment, and applying healthcare data modeling and content standardization best practices.

Experience

• The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of real-world experience working with healthcare data, supports data exchange and interoperability requirements, and can collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience with front-end development for metadata management tools is a plus.
