Hotel Sales Manager-Leisure

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic hotel sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.

This position requires a blend of skills in account management, business development, and customer service to drive our sales initiatives effectively.

This is a Monday-Friday position .9am-5pm in person

• Will assist the hotel Director of Sales
• Handle leisure market room blocks and events
• Attend BEO Meetings
• Effectively communicate between departments ion hotel setting
• Inputting contracts into Delphi
• Professional phone etiquette when talking to vendors and guest.
• Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration with team members and clients.

The ideal applicant MUST have hotel sales experience such as a prior coordinator with at least 2 years experience and a strong work ethic and a stable work history.

Candidates with no hotel experience will not be considered.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
