Position Overview

We are looking for a 100% Hands-On Operations Manager who loves the trade and wants to work actively alongside our crews. You won't be sitting in an office or just driving around holding a clipboard. You will be on-site every day, leading the charge, setting the pace, and ensuring our custom residential installations are built to absolute perfection.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Work 100% hands-on in the field with the crew, installing amazing landscapes, running equipment, and staging materials.
• Manage High-End Installs: Oversee the flawless execution of premium paver patios, structural retaining walls, custom outdoor kitchens, and intricate stone staircases.
• Pace & Staging: Keep job sites organized, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain Elite Standards: Ensure the crew respects the client's property and maintains the clean, professional footprint required for high-end residential estates.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Field Leadership: Multi-year track record leading landscape/hardscape installation crews.
• Hardscape Mastery: Deep, practical experience executing complex paver patio layouts, retaining wall installs, stone staircases, and outdoor living structures.
• Strong Work Ethic: A true "first-in, last-out" mentality. You take pride in working alongside your crew and earning their respect.
• No Certifications Required: Your portfolio, structural knowledge, and field references speak louder than a piece of paper.
• Valid Driver's License: Required for operating company equipment and eventually transitioning into your company vehicle.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
