Job Title : IT Manager - Client Engineering & Modern Workplace Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Marysville, OH / Torrance, CA About the Role: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking an IT Manager for Digital Workplace Client Engineering Services in Marysville, OH or Torrance, CA.

You will lead the engineering team managing enterprise Windows client platforms, cloud-based device management (Intune), and modern endpoint architectures across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team managing enterprise Windows, macOS, and mobile client platforms.
• Oversee cloud-native endpoint management architectures utilizing Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Group Policy.
• Establish enterprise endpoint standards, device lifecycle roadmaps, and digital workplace policies.
• Manage annual unit capital and operational budgets, ensuring commitments meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Partner with global IT leadership and cybersecurity teams to enforce endpoint compliance and zero-trust policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 1-2+ years of supervisory leadership managing technical professionals.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management supporting 1,000+ users.
• Proven track record leading modern workplace digital transformations and cloud desktop deployments.
• Strong executive communication, vendor management, and financial budgeting skills.
