Job Title : Business Intelligence Developer & Data Analyst Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Greensboro, NC, United States About the Role: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Developer II in Greensboro, NC. You will support enterprise reporting, design Power BI dashboards, and manage ETL data integration pipelines across SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Services, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain business reports, analytical queries, and dashboards in Power BI.
• Develop and optimize SAP BusinessObjects reports, universes, and semantic models.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise ETL data pipelines utilizing SAP Data Services.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data warehouse accuracy.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable data visualizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise analytics.
• Strong SQL querying expertise and hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server) and ETL data pipelines.
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
