What You'll Do

Lead the strategy and delivery of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives Design and deploy predictive models, recommender systems, forecasting solutions, and generative AI applications Build scalable AI products leveraging Databricks , Azure OpenAI , Python, and SQL Develop LLM-powered workflows, RAG solutions, Copilot experiences, and AI agents that drive operational efficiency Partner across business and technology teams to deliver measurable revenue, productivity, and customer experience outcomes Mentor data scientists and analysts while establishing engineering and AI best practices What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or AI Engineering Hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, Databricks, and production AI/ML environments Experience building NLP and Generative AI solutions using technologies such as Azure OpenAI Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value Preferred experience includes hospitality, travel, pricing optimization, personalization, recommendation engines, Copilot technologies, FastAPI, React, and enterprise AI platforms.
