We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient, insurance-based physical therapy clinic, where patient-centered care, clinician wellbeing, and professional autonomy are truly prioritized.

True one-on-one care: Every patient is scheduled for 60-minute treatment sessions. Patients are never double-booked.

Private treatment rooms

Each therapist works out of their own dedicated room, allowing for discretion, focus, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.

You’ll be given adequate time for evaluations, follow-ups, and documentation—within your workday. No catching up at home. No pressure to rush.

No productivity quotas.

Compensation & flexibility

$105,000–$125,000 annually for a 40-hour workweek

Not productivity-based—you’re paid for your scheduled hours, regardless of cancellations

No visit targets or quotas

Flexible scheduling: Choose your days and hours at the time of hire

Full-time and part-time positions available
