We are not your traditional dance studio. We are a whimsical, welcoming space where little dancers discover the joy of movement, build confidence, explore creativity, and make memories that last well beyond their time in the studio.

From tiny toes taking their first steps to preschoolers discovering the magic of ballet, everything we do is thoughtfully designed around the joy of childhood.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who understands that great marketing is about more than posting pictures and promoting classes. It’s about creating a feeling, telling a story, and capturing the personality of a brand.

We want someone who can see the little moments that make Hello Dancer magical and translate them into beautiful, engaging, and authentic content.

Someone who understands the importance of aesthetics, thoughtful storytelling, beautiful photography, playful design, and a consistent brand identity.

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage our social media. We’re looking for someone to help bring the world of Hello Dancer to life.

This is a part-time position with flexibility, creative freedom, and the opportunity to grow alongside our businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging, imaginative content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Capture authentic moments through photography and short-form video, including Instagram Reels and Stories.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that reflects the whimsical, warm, and magical atmosphere of Hello Dancer.
• Plan and organize a thoughtful social media content calendar.
• Write captions that feel genuine, playful, inviting, and true to our brand’s personality.
• Highlight classes, teachers, special events, camps, and the everyday moments that make our studio special.

Creative Marketing & Brand Storytelling

• Help develop creative marketing campaigns that feel organic, beautiful, and distinctly Hello Dancer.
• Assist with the design of digital flyers, promotional graphics, email marketing visuals, and seasonal announcements.
• Find creative ways to communicate our philosophy, programs, and community experience.
• Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across our marketing materials.
• Bring fresh ideas, visual inspiration, and creative concepts to the table.

Community Engagement & Growth

• Help grow our social media presence through meaningful, authentic engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives that introduce new families to Hello Dancer.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to promote studio events, programs, and seasonal registration.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely loves creativity, storytelling, and the wonderful world of childhood.

You might be a marketing student, photographer, graphic designer, content creator, or someone with a natural eye for beautiful branding and visual storytelling.

We’d love someone who:

• Has a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Understands Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and current social media trends.
• Is comfortable creating content with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Enjoys photography, video, creative writing, and thoughtful design.
• Can balance playful creativity with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Is organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Appreciates the difference between authentic, human-centered content and overly polished, generic marketing.
• Enjoys working in a creative, family-focused environment.

Experience in social media management, photography, marketing, or graphic design is a plus, but creativity, personality, initiative, and a genuine understanding of our brand are just as important.

Hello Imagination

As our family of businesses continues to grow, this position may also expand into creative marketing opportunities with Hello Imagination, our imaginative indoor play space designed for children ages 0–7.

Hello Imagination is built around the magic of pretend play, exploration, creativity, and discovery.

For the right person, this could mean helping shape the social media presence and visual storytelling of two unique, imaginative childhood brands.

It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building something special and wants to grow creatively.
