About this role
We are working with a leading government services company that develops and implements advanced data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics solutions, primarily supporting IT Call Centers for government clients. This organization excels at transforming complex, large-scale operational data into actionable intelligence, providing significant impact in critical service delivery environments.
The Role
- Lead the design, development, and refinement of advanced data science and machine learning solutions for IT Call Center operational performance.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify high-value data science opportunities and deploy analytical models.
- Design and execute data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering pipelines.
- Develop, train, validate, and deploy supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models using industry-leading frameworks and AWS AI/ML services.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics solutions to identify sentiment, topics, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with AWS AI Practitioners and Solutions Architects to design scalable, cloud-native data science architectures on AWS.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and advanced analytical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with NLP, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions using Python and leading ML frameworks.
- Experience leveraging AWS AI and ML services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Comprehend, Transcribe) or equivalent cloud-based ML platforms.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- Strong understanding of IT call center operations and service delivery environments.
