Cloud Software Engineer

An employer supporting national security clients is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to contribute to designing, building, and maintaining modern, cloud-native applications and tools. This role offers the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and AI scientists and contribute to innovative technology development and experimentation.

Collaborate with senior software engineers to develop and deploy cloud-native applications and microservices on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform. Maintain well-documented, formatted, and version-controlled code and participate in code review. Develop custom APIs and microservices, including containerization.

Create code to process data stored in both relational and NoSQL databases. Facilitate seamless code promotion from development to production by resolving technical issues identified by testing. What You'll Need Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with 2+ years of experience or MS (4 years experience in lieu of degree).

Strong experience with Java Spring Boot and at least one other language (e.g., GO, Python). Strong experience using AWS CLI and AWS SDK. What's On Offer Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000 per year.
