Cannabis Field Marketing Specialist

About HAVN Extracts / Stingers / No.9 We are a Massachusetts-based cannabis cultivator and manufacturer headquartered in North Oxford, MA. Our brands — HAVN Extracts, Stingers, and No.9 — wholesale premium cannabis products to dispensaries across the state.

Job Overview We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing Field Marketing Specialist to represent our brands through dispensary pop-up events, budtender education, and in-store field marketing activities. This is a full-time, travel-heavy position based in the Boston area, with Eastern MA travel required. Will report directly to the Regional Marketing Managers.

A reliable vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent HAVN Extracts, Stingers, and No.9 at pop-up events and in-store activations.
• Lead engaging budtender education sessions to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.

Conduct regular field marketing visits to dispensaries to

Check product displays and ensure merchandising is up to brand standards. Gather and report data on inventory, pricing, and competitor presence. Build relationships with store staff to increase sales opportunities.

Communicate product details and industry trends clearly and persuasively. Maintain a professional brand image while interacting with customers and retail staff. Provide event and field visit feedback to support marketing and sales insights.

Travel reliably across Massachusetts for events and store visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, or public relations (cannabis industry experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple store visits and events per week.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable, reliable vehicle for frequent statewide travel.
