The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop intelligent, AI-powered applications that streamline workflows for clinical users. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify challenges, build scalable solutions, and leverage modern AI technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack applications using Python, Django, React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop AI/LLM-powered features and workflow automation tools.
• Design APIs, databases, and scalable backend systems.
• Integrate third-party services and AI platforms.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Partner closely with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web applications.
• Experience designing APIs, databases, and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs, either professionally or through meaningful personal projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Nice to Have Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
• Experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, or RAG.
• Kubernetes or containerization experience.
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
