Customer Account Manager - AT&T

No experience needed. This entry-level role includes full training and mentorship, so you learn sales and account management by doing the work in person.

What an AT&T Customer Account Manager Does

• Meet customers directly at their homes to introduce AT&T products and services
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through friendly, professional service
• Explain pricing, promotions, and enrollment in plain terms so customers feel confident
• Follow up on questions and concerns so every customer feels heard
• Spot new ways to help customers get more value from their service, which grows sales
• Work with your team and mentors to hit shared sales goals
