Sales Representative – Northern California | Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Representative to grow our presence in Northern California. This role focuses on developing new retail accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales and repeat orders.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

**Location:** Northern California — regular travel within the territory required

**Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new retail accounts, connect with buyers, and introduce our products.
• Visit existing accounts regularly and build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and retail staff.
• Monitor product sales and inventory at partner stores to encourage timely reorders.
• Present new products, pricing, and promotions; follow up on quotes and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with retail partners on in-store promotions and product training to support sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activity, and share market feedback with the team.

**Qualifications**

• Experience in sales, business development, or retail account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable proactively contacting and visiting customers, with consistent follow-through.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently toward sales goals.
• Familiarity with the Northern California market; existing retail relationships are a plus.
• Able to travel regularly throughout the territory for customer visits and in-store events.
