Marketing & Sales Representative

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to join our close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, coming up with creative marketing ideas, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes and businesses.

You’ll promote Mi-Fiber’s products and services, develop marketing campaigns, connect with local businesses, grow sales, and represent Mi-Fiber in the community. If you enjoy variety, like taking initiative, and want to see the impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and other creative ways to spread the word about Mi-Fiber.
• Connect with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community members, and organizations to help grow our customer base.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, customer visits, phone calls, and community involvement.
• Manage social media, online customer interactions, website content, and promotional materials.
• Help customers navigate the sign-up and installation process and answer questions along the way.
• Stay connected with customers, gather feedback, and keep them informed about new services and upgrades.
• Represent Mi-Fiber at community events, chamber meetings, and industry activities.
• Work with our team to develop marketing plans, track results, and find new ways to grow the business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is personable, creative, organized, and comfortable taking the lead on projects while working closely with others.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in marketing, sales, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to connect with people.
• Creativity and initiative when it comes to developing marketing ideas and promotions.
• Comfort with technology, social media, and various computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A customer-focused attitude and a genuine interest in helping people.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

An associate degree in marketing, design, or a related field, along with one to three years of related experience, is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or a similar industry is a plus.
