Identity, Endpoint & Security:
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, enterprise applications, application registrations, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, and guest access within assigned permissions.
- Support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device configuration, compliance, application deployment, endpoint security, and mobile device management.
- Monitor and respond to alerts and recommendations from Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance portals.
- Implement approved remediation, security baselines, access reviews, lifecycle changes, retention, sensitivity, DLP, audit, and eDiscovery configurations.
Automation, Projects & Operations:
- Use PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and approved automation services to improve repeatability, reporting, administration, and operational consistency.
- Execute assigned cloud projects, migrations, tenant integrations, acquisition activities, and service improvements using documented scope, testing, communication, and rollback plans.
- Use Freshservice and NinjaOne to manage incidents, requests, changes, assets, documentation, and operational work as applicable.
- Create and maintain SOPs, diagrams, knowledge articles, configuration records, recovery procedures, and technical documentation.
- Provide escalation support and knowledge transfer to the Service Desk and other IT team members.
What You Bring:
