Key Responsibilities

Include

• Lead and execute the company's overall HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
• Build and strengthen a positive, engaging, and people-first workplace culture.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
• Oversee all HR functions, policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead employee development, leadership training, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and an accessible resource for employees.

Qualifications

Include

• 4+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience supporting and managing a workforce of 1000+ employees.
• Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• A people-first mindset with the confidence to influence, lead, and drive change.
