Staff AI Engineer

Remote 300K - 525K Permanent

We are looking for a Staff AI Engineer building out an AI-native product 1-10 in a engineering team of 5.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Applied AI Engineering, TypeScript React & Node.js.
• Familiarity working with the development of an AI-native product, ideally for a B2C firm.
• Experience or strong interest in utilizing AI tools, as well as architecting integrations with third-party APIs.
• Background in owning complex features end-to-end, and a proactive approach to solving architectural bottlenecks.
• Interest in joining a smaller team with high ownership.
• Base up to $300,000, fully remote in the US + equity that'll bring this to $400,000-525,000.
