Our client is a profitable, fast-growing quantitative trading firm building from a clean-slate architecture — one that fuses deep market-making expertise with frontier AI/ML from day one.

Founded by veteran traders and researchers out of top-tier prop trading firms and leading AI labs, they're assembling a small, elite team to build what they call a "living platform" — infrastructure designed to treat constant technological change as an edge, not a liability.

Operating in stealth, fully remote, and hiring aggressively across engineering and research, this is a rare chance to help build core trading and AI systems from the ground floor, alongside people who've done it before at the highest level.

They're building out four core areas:

• Software Engineers — building high-volume, low-latency trading infrastructure and resilient, production-grade data pipelines
• Quantitative Developers — bridging research and engineering, turning advanced models into high-performance production code
• AI & Machine Learning Engineers — bringing frontier AI lab experience to embed cutting-edge ML directly into the firm's core architecture
• Quantitative Researchers — driving the mathematical research, statistical modeling, and ML behind live trading strategies

Compensation: $450k base + equity (Fully Remote)
