Graphic Designer / Customer Service & Print Production Associate

Go Print US, Inc. is seeking a skilled, organized, and dependable Graphic Designer / Customer Service & Print Production Associate to join our team.

We are a fast-paced commercial print shop specializing in custom printing, signage, branding, and marketing materials for businesses and individuals.

This is a versatile, hands-on position combining graphic design, prepress preparation, customer service, order management, and print production support.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, experienced in creating custom designs and preparing print-ready artwork, and comfortable assisting customers with a wide range of printing services.

Daily responsibilities include designing and preparing artwork, creating die-cut files, assisting walk-in customers with printing, copying, faxing, and lamination services, providing quotes through our website, processing orders, sending digital proofs, following up with customers, and assisting with production and finishing tasks.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are essential. Candidates must follow established file management procedures, manage multiple projects, and work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

We're looking for a friendly, proactive team player who takes initiative, enjoys working with customers, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is not a design-only position. The right candidate will enjoy a variety of creative, technical, and customer-facing responsibilities in a small-team environment.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating custom designs, modifying artwork, and preparing files for commercial printing.
• Ability to create and edit vector graphics, die-cut contours, cut paths, and production-ready layouts.
• Solid understanding of CMYK, image resolution, bleeds, trim areas, and print specifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established file naming, storage, and workflow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Comfortable using computers, websites, and order management systems to provide quotes and process customer orders.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to assist with printing, cutting, finishing, and general shop operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a commercial print shop, sign shop, or similar production environment.
• Familiarity with Roland printers, Graphtec vinyl cutters, and Konica Minolta digital presses.
• Experience with large-format printing, vinyl graphics, signage, and finishing equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools to create, modify, or enhance artwork.
• Experience managing customer proofs, artwork approvals, and production workflows.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25 lbs, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small-team environment.
• Must be available to work on-site during scheduled business hours, Monday through Friday.
