Job Description

Girikon Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain software applications that support business operations and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with application development, and the ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement application features, integrate systems, and resolve technical issues. You will contribute to software development projects while following coding standards, testing procedures, and established development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop application features, modules, and system integrations.
• Build and maintain APIs and database-driven applications.
• Troubleshoot software defects and resolve technical issues.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and application testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and application specifications.
• Support application deployment, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve software performance and reliability.
• Follow security standards and software development best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in software development or application engineering.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of software design principles and application architecture.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce development or customization.
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, or enterprise application platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud services and application integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with application security and performance optimization.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
