What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team throughout the sales process (e.g., assist in prospecting, preparing estimates/proposals/quotes and preparing needed sales-related documents).
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries and customer requests via texts, phone, email, and other channels.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers regarding inquiries, estimates, proposals, and pending purchase decisions.
• Maintain organized physical and digital sales files and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support the growth of the business.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or office administration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads, build customer relationships, and successfully close sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and business applications, including the ability to manage leads, maintain prospective customer records, track opportunities, and generate or update sales documentation.
• Ability to understand standby generators, installation services, and preventative maintenance offerings.
