- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including posting, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support.
- Assist hiring managers in developing accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Support Galloway’s employer brand through career fairs, student, college, and high school relations programs, and networking events that build candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to provide new hires with a seamless transition into the organization.

- Work with managers to develop onboarding plans that support productivity and engagement.
- Gather onboarding feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and report recruiting and onboarding metrics, including time-to-fill, new-hire retention, and onboarding satisfaction.
- Research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results, and process flaws related to recruiting and onboarding modules.
- Demonstrate behaviors and actions that align with Galloway culture and values.
Employee Relations
- Provide employees and leaders with guidance on HR policies, procedures, and routine employee-relations matters; consult HR leadership on complex or high-risk issues.
- Respond to employee concerns and workplace issues promptly and fairly, documenting actions and escalating matters as appropriate.
- Support and, when assigned, conduct workplace investigations related to employee complaints and policy concerns in partnership with HR leadership.
- Help maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies by applying procedures consistently and identifying concerns for escalation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three or more years of progressive HR experience with exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
