Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on expanding our residential clientele for remodeling, roofing, painting, and custom metal fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication and relationship building, helping to grow our business through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

This position is commission-based, offering opportunities for earning based on your sales performance.

Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions related to remodeling, roofing, painting, and custom metal fabrication services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential residential clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their questions are answered and their concerns addressed.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the residential market by networking and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored proposals and quotes for clients.
• Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using company CRM tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the remodeling or home improvement industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment while meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of residential remodeling, roofing, painting, or metal fabrication industries is a plus but not mandatory.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to meet clients at various locations as needed.
