About the Opportunity

FASTSIGNS of Greenwood is under new ownership and energized for growth. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Professional who can hit the ground running and make a big impact in our local market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships with business owners, uncovering opportunities, and helping clients bring their visual communications to life.

As the face of our center in Johnson and Morgan Counties, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative selling to project coordination—while partnering with our production and installation teams to deliver top-notch solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients through face-to-face cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, expanding “share of wallet” through consultative selling and upselling opportunities.
• Sales Planning: Develop and execute annual and monthly sales plans aligned with company goals and territory potential.
• Consultative Selling: Meet with business owners, marketing leaders, and decision-makers to understand needs and provide tailored signage and graphics solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from initial conversation through production, ensuring all paperwork, pricing, approvals, and timelines are completed accurately.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools. Provide weekly updates and forecasts to management.
• Market Engagement: Represent FASTSIGNS at networking groups, trade shows, and community events to build presence and generate leads.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with center leadership, design, and install teams to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in outside B2B sales with measurable results in exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline.
• Comfortable prospecting through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking.
• Consultative mindset—able to understand client needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Experience in print, signage, marketing, or related industries is a plus, but not required.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Greenwood, IN. Work will include in-person prospecting and client visits, with occasional evening or weekend events. Light travel may be required for networking or trade shows.
